Playing Scrabble in a language other than English?

Does the game of Scrabble come in any other language besides English? I was wondering that if it does, is there the exact same number of tiles per letter as the Standard American edition? Is there more or less of certain letters? Are any letters added or omitted?

It is published in many countries ans in many languages/  Tile distribution is according to the language of the set.  Both letter distributing and letter value are different for every language.
