Playing Sound from Olevia 37 Inch flat screen through HDMI into JVC Home Theater.?

I have a Olevia 37 Inch Flat screen, and JVC TH-D5 Home theater. Sound plays great through IPOD, DVD, and FM/AM radio. How do I set up sound coming from my normal TV Channels into the JVC Stereo. Also how would I have sound from my PS3 go through stereo as well?

The TV is not the audio source.

If you have a set top box that hooks up to your TV through HDMI then you might consider hooking up the set top box to your JVC home theater system through RCA plugs or whatever audio output your set top box supports that is compatible with the JVC.
