okay. i have a mini annoyance with my mini cam! My pc is a acer laptop. I wanna play what i recorded from cam on pc. can't get usb cable to be recognized. also, which program /icon do I use, NTI CD&DVD maker 7 or cyberlink power producer or windows media...I am clueless. Read directions but am still 'uneducated'! thanks for the help. oh and i have this disc - maxell dvd-r up to8x /4.7gb/2hrs sp mode will this work to record video onto? Also even though it says sp mode, i recorded using lp mode will that matter? is this what you'd call a re writable disc? do i have to have a disc to play my footage? this sure isn't like thegood ol' fashion vcr or cassete stuff! thanks again.Have a Hitachi DZ-GX5040E DVD Video Camera/Recorder. Cannot play back camera disc footage on my PC (Windows XP Pro version 2002). Camera has neither USB connection or 'driver'. Can only play footage on TV and record on video cassett.
