  1. Well, depending on the size of backboard you have and the kind of player you are you can do the drill where you throw the ball off the backboard and either rebound it or throw it back in...um you can shoot at the same spot until you miss then try another spot...and I personally like this one *make ten free throws, 10 left handed layups and then make 10 right handed layups in a row..if you miss start over.* thats all i can think of

  2. I used to pick five or six spots increasingly farther from the basket and shoot until I'd hit fifty from each.  After I finished up the last spot I'd start over and shoot left handed.  If I put up a big brick I couldn't get to before it bounced two times I'd have to start that spot over again at zero.

  3. You can play 1-on-1 with your shadow.

  4. Practice your game time yell like KG!

  5. you can do the Hoke Poke

  6. New York 21 is like regular twenty one accept you get one point from the line and two for the rebound. This is a good game to play alone, getting off quick scoring shots from your own rebound can really develop some offensive skills. if you can get your own rebound then it make you better able to grab defensive bounds in a game. ( Also in New York twenty one. in case you play it with a friend, every rebound is live there are no freebounds, any player can get the bound and when he sinks the shot then he goes to the line.) SOME LIKE TO PLAY TO THIRTY ONE WITH MORE THAN TWO PEOPLE

  7. I usually picture myself on some dream team. like my team used to be me as point guard. Oj mayo as sg, lebron james as sf, tim duncan as pf, and shaq as my center.

I'd pretend were playing against some other team and i'd commentate the game taking all the shots for both teams and it'd usually make the whole practicing by myself thing a little more fun.

Other than that, maybe play Horse or pig by yourself. Also just straight up seeing how many shots you can make in a row from different spots.

Also my dad used to have me lay on my back and shoot the ball up into the air using the correct form. i think it helped alot.

  8. Play a game called "beat the pros."  Shoot midrange jumpers and go around the arc.  If u make a shot, it counts as +1. When u miss a shot, it counts as -2. When u make it to +10 u win but if u get to -10 u lose.
