Playing online with the PS3 in the Philippines?

I was wondering if you can play a game online like Call of Duty 4 and Metal Gear Online with my PS3 in the Philippines?

yes you can. my brother plays COD4 & MGO on the PS3. sign up at pinoyps.com, their forums have a bunch of PSN users from the country looking to add people on the friends list.

personally, i think COD4's game searching engine is better because it picks the nearest IP's together (if you happen to have a bluetooth headset, you'll here the "P.I" word very often), therefore.. lesser lag. but MGO is really fun to play.

No, you can't.  You can, however, download games from the PC into your PSP3.
