Playing outside effects of not doing it?

What will happen to a kid if they don't play outside other then on the weekend? Or a few minutes a day also?

Nothing. I just let my nephews play in the house.

But playing outside does nothing special for a child than excersice which thay can get almost anywhere.

nothing really my kids only play at school and sometimes on the weekends when we take the to a park. Were I live it is not safe to play out side.
