Today at soccer practice, it was hot but i have played in hotter weather, and as we were practicing, i felt like i was going to get sick. I never did but eventually i couldn't see anything and black dots covered everything. Then i couldn't hear anything but then i heard a ringing. i eventually sat out, but what happened?

  1. you were about to black out

you probably did not eat enough or take in enough water

  2. dehydrate yourself more often please. =)

if you pushed yourself to your limits.. dont push yourself more.

  3. You didnt eat enough food or drink enough water

and that made you dehydrated and that lead you to black out

  4. something very similar happened to me a few months ago, of course that was my first time playing after being sick with bronchidus for 2 weeks. buttttttt...i would say you need to eat more and stay hydrated. i don't know what you ate that day, but you need to drink plenty of water!!! i'm guessing if you tried playing--or even standing up-- for much longer, you probably would've passed out. next time just be more careful about what you eat, and how much you push yourself. if it happens again, you might want to go to the doctor
