Playlists did not transfer?

Question

Upon migrating from Musicmatch (Toshiba laptop), "My Music" did not auto transfer but I figured it out. NOW, I find that my playtlists did not transfer. They're still in my Musicmatch program but I cannot figure ot how to migrate them to Yahoo Jukebox. I really don't want to lose them. Any ideas? Thanks!

If your Musicmatch playlists did not successfully transfer during the migration, you can manually import them by doing the following:

   NOTE: Playlists that contained both local Imported tracks and Musicmatch On Demand streams are not imported by the Migration Assistant.

- Open up Musicmatch Jukebox (MMJB).

- Open up MMJB's Playlist Manager (click the 'Playlists' button and choose 'Playlist Manager').

- Right-click on the playlist you want to migrate to Yahoo! Music Jukebox (YMJ) and choose "Export Track List".

- Save the playlist as type "m3u" in a location on your hard drive.

- Open YMJ.

- Open Windows Explorer and view the m3u you just generated.

- Drag the newly created m3u file to the "Playlists" tab in YMJ's left navigation pane.

This is a question I also have.  However, my dilemma was created when needing to reinstall my OS and other software to my Dell D620.  When going to download Musicmatch to reinstall it I found out about the forced migration to Yahoo Music Jukebox.  However, my playlists are on an external hard drive where my system back ups are stored.  Which files are needed to transfer the lists?  I'll try one of the suggestions someone has posted for manually transferring the play lists.  (What a drag to lose some of the Musicmatch & Musicmatch Plus features, too.  This sucks!  Yahoo seriously should have more thoroughly planned this migration.)

Try the following:

Go to Control Panel > Add/Remove programs > Windows XP - Software updates > Remove: Hotfix for Windows Media Format 11 SDK (KB929399) > Replace hotflix removed.
