Playlists don't sync?

Playlist's I create on one of my authorized computers don't always sync with my other pc.

you need to give some more details.  Are you using mac, windows, linux?  What program are you using for music?  windows media player, amarok, etc?  What kind of network connection do you have to sync them, etc?  come on, don't be so vague and expect a good answer.
