Playminimatch.com help please!

I just made my account and got to the area on www.playminimatch.com where it says to enter user name and password so I do it but then I have to say that I agree to the end of terms afterward. I click it and I agree then it says error, please enter screen name.

But whats a screen name and where do I enter it?

Your user name is also your screen name. Many applications use this format.
