Playstaion network problem?

ok i try and sign up for the ps network so i try and it says i dont meet the age requirments then it tells me to put in a sign in id (Email address) and password so i put in my email address and password for it and it says it doesent match what am i doing wrong

when u sign up just say that ur over 18. then you can download m rated stuff on playstation network
