  1. man you got  to buy  another console it broke down there is nothing you can do

  2. You can either try cleaning the fan of it or buy a new PS2, BUT DO NOT LISTEN TI THE 2ND GUY WHO ANSWERED THIS QUESTION THAT TOLD YOU TO BUY A PS3 , all those failure rates/percentages for the consoles are made up, and if you are going to buy a PS3 don't get the 40GB,2008 80GB, or 160GB model(which has not been released yet) buy either a 20,60 or if you live in america buy a 2007 80GB model.

  3. The game is crapping up clean it and dust your playstation 2 all over especially in the fan.

  4. ps2 is still the sheot. I could go out and buy a ps3 but theres not enough games that i want to play on it.

  5. trade in ya ps2 get a ps3

    ps2 break down 50 50

    ps3 breakdown 0.01% <<< fact

    xbox 360 breakdown 99.99% fact

  6. Like Bob H and the other guy said...

Open it and dust it, hoover it, wipe it. But be careful not to damage your warranty sticker, you can open the slimline like a hinge so it doesn't rip.

But if you are still in warranty you can send it to for fixing, if you wanna sell it later, you will need the warranty stick, so avoid damage to it

Also i suggest getting some air duster, its compressed air in a can and you spray it and it will shot all the dust away.

When cleaning cover your laser up with a piece of paper and it is delicate

  7. Yer I agree with above, get a hoover and tweezers and get all the dust out of that fan!

I broke my gamecube YEARS ago because we put it on the carpet which is the worst place for a game console lolz

    WOOPSIES!
