Playstation 3 Controller Reacts to Slow?

My PS3 Controller (a SIXAXIS i got with the PS) Reacts to slow when i push the buttons.

When i push a button it takes like half a second before it reacts on the screen.

In the Playstation Troubleshooting Guide they say that it is my LCD TV's fault. I am conected with a HDMI-cabel.

How do i slove this annoying thing?

Your guide is absolutely correct. All HDTVs buffer their video and create video lag. The ONLY way to avoid this is to purchase an HDTV with a "Game Mode" that is designed to specifically reduce the video buffering.
