Playstation 3 Hd Demos

Question

When I went to Target Last month I was playing Heavenly sword and the Graphics were unbelieveably great. I decided to get a Ps3. i also got the Hd cables. When i Downloaded the Heavenly sword Demo my graphics turned to 720p and my PS3's graphics were in 1080i why arent the Heavenly sword graphics good.But when i play Call of duty 4 the graphics are great. And i hav an Hd tv I can put my xbox 360 in 1080p but my PS3 doesnt work with 1080p only in 1080i on my Hdtv. Why doesnt demo graphics look as good as my Call of duty 4 Graphics? I think that my Tv is 1080p cuz my 360 can display in 1080p.

ok the game is in 720p bec that's the max resolution of that game (probably bec you got it from the internet)

you tv is at 1080i bec you need to buy an hdmi cable and change your resolution to 1080p
