Playstation 3 trade in value?

Question

I recently purchased a 40 gig playstion 3 but i didnt realize that it laked media slots, has only 2 usb slots and dosent support any ps2 games. i want to trade it in and try to purchase an 80 gig WITH media slots, 4 usb slots and compatability for most ps2 games. but i need 2 kno how much i will get for trade in value of the ps3. I bought it in june and it works perfectly fine and has all the standard wires and i can ever package it in its original packageing (kept it all). PLEASE TELL ME AN EXACT AMOUNT AND MAKE SURE IT IS DEFINATE!!!!!! please....

but u have to ship it to them but if u sell things over $50 thell remberse u u can get store credit from www.videogamecentral.com and thell give u some extra cash for doing that or thell right you a personal check for that amount and u dont lose any money for doing that

I can't give you a definite answer but i can give you a close estimate if that helps i would assume with everything it came with to be about $250-280 and that's in credit,cash is about 20%-30% less. Hope I helped.

NOOOOO!!! don't go to gamestop! i beg of you! when i bought my 360, i wanted to return it back after less than 2 weeks cause it sucks, but gamestop only offered me $100 of store credits, and so i posted it on the local ads (craigslist and kijiji) and i got to trade it for a ps3.

don't ever, ever trade games or systems with gamestop. they will rip you off.
