Playstation 3 won't play games, dvd's or blueray...

Downloaded version 2.17 we were playing NFL 08 and it froze. Now the console won't play any ps3 games, DvD's or blueray movies anymore. If there is any fix to this problem let me know.

ps3 is not taking any disc
