Playstation Network Question - Please help?

I have been connected no problems for weeks now. Over last few days I keep getting disconnected and now I cant connect at all. I have checked my network settings. I have tried to set up network both manually and automatically. Network test says IP address obtained, internet connection obtained, when it checks Playstation Network it says connection failed? What am I doing wrong? Why was it working fine but not working now? My ISP is BT broadband wireless. I am on NAT 2.

could it be to do with firmware 2.40/2.41??
