Playstation network account won't work?

Question

I was wondering why my account won't work. I am new and am trying to make a new account on the playstation network but it always says the combination of sigh-in ID and password combintation is incorrect...what do I do??

try calling PlayStation if u still have your box for your system just look on the box for tech support. also it'll probably be less frustrating
