Playstation saying my adress dosent exist?

I recently bought the game Soul Calibur4 and you can buy some add on's and when i went to go put my address in for the billing address it would say the address not exist, What's going on?

Insert the address exactly as it's on your mail. If it won't work - contact Sony and make a hassle there - why do they put you in Neverland?

did u ever put your address go to to account settings or somthing like that  then go to billing information
