I would like to loose 30 pounds, and I have one year, can you tell me if this will be easy, and some ways I could? Also, how can I keep my skin clean and glowing? And, are there some good hair frizz control, and curling products that are useful which can make my hair shine and soft? Thanks for ur help =]] <3

  1. About your weight loss:

    It&#039;s pretty much common sense. Just eat well. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and eat only when you are hungry. Remember, it is easier to eat small portions often then to wait when you are extremely hungry and eat a lot.  It&#039;s also a good idea to work out 3-4 times a week.  

    Your skin question:

    Wash your face about 2 times a day. Don&#039;t over wash it because that won&#039;t do you any good.  All of us women know to never purposely leave your makeup on overnight. That causes your pores to get clogged and for your skin to break out more. Use the right makeup for your skin tone and never put on too much.

    Frizz Control Question:

    I have the same problem you do. My hair is always frizzy no matter what I do and it gets on my nerves. But one thing I have done is started using Loreal Frizz-Ease. It comes in a little tube bottle that stands up right and is about $4-6. What I do is right after getting out of the shower, I shake my head to dry my hair a little bit. It isn&#039;t good to dry your hair with a towel because that just causes your hair to be even more frizzy. Scrunch your hair with the Loreal Frizz-Ease in damp hair and blow dry and style. This stuff works GREAT  for me.

  2.   WEIGHT WATCHERS ALL THE WAY BABY!! my mom does it and it&#039;s worked great! She lost 20 pounds in like two months. Plus, you don&#039;t have to ruin your lifestyle at all.

      Wash your face every night, USE WITCH-HAZEL if you have oily skin. And if you wash your face every night use dial soap. It has some of the same ingrediants as Proactive but it&#039;s waaaay cheaper!

      For the frizz problem, I have no clue because I don&#039;t have frizzy hair.    

      For the shiny and soft hair, USE CONDITIONER!!! It works soooo well! Just not too much, it&#039;ll make your hair oily.

  3. yes 30 pounds in one year is nothing! you just have to think of it as being nothing. if you get too caught up in thinking about it or thinking youll never get there it wont work. also DONT STRESS about it! stress just makes you gain weight. eat what you want as long as its not too bad and make sure to use portion control. and excercise daily for atleast 30-60 minutes. it doesnt even have to be all at once. thats what i did and i lost 6 pounds in 1 1/2 weeks.

    i use the new wave power cleanser  from neutragena and its awesome! i use it in the morning and night. and i only use mosturizer when my skin feels dry bc sometimes it just makes your skin oily. you should also try mushing up 2 avocados in a bowl with less then a teaspoon of olive oil and put it on as a mask for atleast 5 minutes. it makes your skin feel great! drinking lots of water is also good for skin and eating fruits.

    mark. is simply the best! you can find it in salons and online i think. i use it and i love it! it works better then anything ive ever used and it smells good lol ive also heard using a raw egg with some of your shampoo is good for hair but im not sure bc ive never tried.
