How long and what is needed to obtain a medically necessary passport if you're a convicted felon?

  1. If you are a felon, you do not get a passport.  It is very rare that essential medical care would mandate going to a foreign country.  The problem is not only getting a passport -- a convicted felon is not eligible for visas to enter another country.  So the medical care available in your own country will have to suffice.


  2. You  need to consult with your attorney on that because it's a running

    with the Law and you'll have restrictions

    maybe.

  3. This is going to be a tough one.  I've only heard people getting away from the country before they are convicted of felon.  In your case you'll need to get a legal consulting.
