Pleaaase HELP i feel toooo GUILTY?

i have come back from somewhereTexas back to pakistan and when i lay down (12:35 a.m) for a while the next thing i knew it was 9.35 .pm

the whole day iss wasted aand now it is night as i write da Q.

what should i do to make the guilt go awayy

its summer vacation and its ending

  1. there is a time difference. if you slept too long who cares that's what vacation is for. no guilt, just have fun.

    just last week i slept for 20 hours straight

    i was sooooo mad at myself the next day because i barely have any summer left

    but now i dont feel guilty any more and i m starting to do more sutff with my time than i used to

  8. lol, i kno exactly how you feel haha. What i did waz just go to a store and buy like 4 alarm clocks (or steal on from your brother or sister lol) then set each 1 for whatevr time you wanna wake up and place them on different sides of your room. set each one about five minutes apart so they bug u enough till u get up.

    Here are some things that help me to feel better!

    Go for a walk... enjoy the world now that it is night... It has such a different and beautiful perspective... Don't think that you wasted a day, think that night-time in itself is a new world... use that.. see that. Go for a walk and think... Write something if you like writing, listen to some beautiful relaxing music... Write a nice email to someone you care about.

    I LOVE nighttime, it is a very thoughtful and beautiful part of the day... Use that to it's advantage... enjoy it... Don't think of a wasted day, think that you slept so you could enjoy the beauty of a different part of the day!
