A Rainbow Neos deck? Interesting, but I'm not sure. I, personally, don't think a Fusion card can have a deck based on it. Maybe a Ritual monster (Relinquished or Lycanthrope), but not really a Fusion card. I would suggest building a deck based on Rainbow Dragon or Rainbow Dark Dragon. Also, you can't use "King of the Swamp" as a fusion material for Rainbow Neos. I'll rate your deck 7/10. Rainbow Neos is particularly fun in a Crystal Beast deck, because the Crystal Beasts could be either a Monster or a Spell.

Too bad they don't have a field card called "Dark Crystals" which changes your Crystal Beasts in your field and graveyard to DARK attribute. That way you can run both Rainbow and Rainbow Dark Dragon in one deck.
