Pleasanton or dublin?

i need some info about pleasaton,ca since i will be moving there soon.

in the maps, it always mentioned it as

pleasaton/dublin

does that mean pleasanton is also called as dublin , or are they both two different area

  2. Dublin and Pleasanton are two different areas. It is normally referred to as Dublin/Pleasanton because there is a BART station there which borders the two.
