Please, I am getting married in 14 days and i really need help shedding some pounds, i want to kinda do like?

a fast but also eat something, any ideas on what to do? i dont want to starve, i wiegh 207 and i am 5'6 i know i am overweight and i am working on it.i want to lose atleast 10 pounds. I have issues with gaining and losing maybe thyroids but i need a safe way to lose the weight, any suggestions?? without being rude thanks!

  1. Hey Love.... I am trying to cut belly flub. The thing is...I watched Full House this morning and DJ went on a crash diet and didn't eat for 3 days and it really messed her up.

    I would suggest more iron and fiber - broccoli and spinach... and then lay off carbs... that is SO not working for me as I shove another pretzel in my mouth and chug some wine to make it goe down.

    B2B same day. ugh... and OMG we are sooo close!

  3. I don't know if thats really realistic. I would stop drinking soda and try to eat foods with very little sodium, this way at least you won't be bloated and will appear to have lost weight.

  4. Drink lots of water. Aim for at least 12 glasses a day. Drink one glass of water before all of your meals. This will make you eat less. Load up on protein; protein gives you energy. I'm also trying to lose weight, and I'm getting married in six and half weeks. If you want a diet buddy, email me.  

  5. you may not be able to loss that much in that short of time safely, but try cutting your calories in half and 15 or 20 min. of cardio a day.
