  1. Look at www.ucas.ac.uk

University is not free in England. As an EU student it will cost you about £3000 a year but you can get a loan to pay it off until you are earning over £15,000 a year. This website has more information: http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/EducationAnd...

  2. No it's not free.

You need to have qualifications in English and A Levels or equivalent. Non UK residents pay 'overseas' fees, about £8000 per year and you would need about another £8000 to live on.

  3. There aren't any UK universities that are free, the average annual fee is around £3,100 (that's about 3,900 euros). This will triple if you're not from an EU country.

You will be entitled to help for tuition fees if you're an EU member, however all living expenses you will have to fund yourself. Typically you will need around £6,000-£10,000 a year for travel, books, food, accommodation, clothes and entertainment. The latter amount if you settle in more expensive cities like London. You're best to look at the UCAS website. It will answer all of your questions in a lot more detail.
