I'm from Russia, i've just signed up here on Yahoo. But it's written "Yahoo! UK and Ireland" and i want to change it to "Yahoo! Russia". Is it possible, and if it is, how i can do that?

i dont think so, russia is not listed at the bottom of the web page i'm afraid. why not stay on here and make some friends instead?

There is no Yahoo Russia. When you log on just click on the web only. Nice to hear from Russia too.
