I really want to hurt myself. I want to hurt myself. Make the pain go away. My head hurts. I can't concentrate. I can't think about anything else..

  2. Nobody can stop you but you. I am a cutter. I know what a release it is. Physical pain over rides emotional pain. Get a journal and get one a.s.a.p. You have to write down whats going on in your head when you feel this way. It is very helpful to me. I haven't cut or burned in months. I just write everything out but I never read it again. If it is full of anger and hate I tear the pages from my journal, I twist the pages into a tight stick, I take it outside, burn it to nothing, let the wind carry it away and say out loud go away with the wind. I can't even explain how much good that has done for me. I don't know your feelings on holistic healings but I am going to tell you anyways. Look up under google for califonia sage for sale. It's not expensive. But be careful some people says it smells like pot. Buy some. Dry it out. It is used for what is called smudging and it goes all the way back to native American indians rituals. Smudge yourself everyday. Light the sage on fire, wave your hand so the smoke is around you, breathe it in, cover your body with the smoke. Do not put it out let it go out on its own. If you feel the urge, take the lit sage into every corner of your room  or your house. I know it sounds weird but it makes all negitive energy go away and it keeps it away. And even though I will sound like a complete weirdo I have to say for you to call out to archangel Michael and for him to wrap his angel wings around you and protect you. Yell it. Demand that he do so. I am a firm believer in our angels. I truly hope you find peace. Sending you prayers.

    EDIT: hmm.... if you feel like cutting/burning ect... you should tell you perents you feel that way or somebody you really trust

  5. You need to go to the emergency room or call 911.  Those are very serious thoughts, and you need psychiatric assistance.
