It is possible if you want to spend hundreds of dollars.

Probably, but it may cost you a bit of money. The first chance is if it's still on your hard disk. If you have not created many other documents in the mean time, it might be. In that case, there is software like this:

that will let you undelete it. I have not tried these programs, but they look pretty good.

If that does not work, then there are services where you can take them your hard disk, and they will try to retrieve the documents; and through some fairly sophisticated hardware and software and a lot of manual work, they can sometimes retrieve some or all of your documents. But it's expensive.

you can buy programs that will allow you to do that, i don't know what they are. just google "retrieve deleted files"
