my lower back is killing me, sort of feels strained, but idk. and i feel chilled, but my skin is a bit hot, like i have a slight fever. i took an advil but it didn't help at all. what can i do to fix this? preferably, before tomorrow morning. im going to be doing a bunch of swimming and biking this week, so i need to not feel crappy like this.
