Please, what do you recommend as the best survival plan?

I currently live in the U.S. and have not researched other conditions and currency. I don't even know what other country I can move to or what currency to exchange to against the dropping dollar. I am a self employed inventor so location is wide open but no freezing temps please. To improve conditions, avoid loss and be able to safepoint myself and family I should:

A lot of Americans go to Belize. I trust you can handle the language. ;-) Don't exchange your dollars while they are low.

Garden culture,

go as tropical as you can for all year plant growth

and look for a place with lots of water .

But Not on the coast
