I Am Attending SafetyBaySeniorHighschool. I Need to Know the western australian highschool teachers code of conductt. And perhaps some of the childrens charter of rights? Its Hard to find and i Need them Extremely Sooon. =( Thankkssss.. ♥™

If you're having a problem with one of your teachers, you need to go to the counselor or principal.  If they refuse to help you, go to your parents.  Good luck!

The school should be able to provide you a binder with this information. They all have them.
