Fastpitch Anderson -9 2004 Rocketech scuff marks?

Hey everyone, I have a Fastpitch Anderson -9 2004 Rocketech and it has scuff mark, which I hate and I was wondering if there is any way I can get them off w/o ruining the bat? oh and b4 August 7, 2008. I know this sounds picky but I thought why not fix my bat up to look nice again b4 the next season so if you have and ideas just answer, last time I ask this question no one answered and I just want some ideas so if you could please give me an answer, even if it's just idk but w/e idc. Thnx Everyone!

uhh... i have a gun and reminton gun cleaning oil gets rid of every smuge dirt and makes it shine so u cud try it (asuming ur bat is metal)

u can get it at any walmart

well...i understand you wanna keep your bat nice and clean and scratch free....but you gotta remember its a bat...its made to hit the ball and it will scratch no matter how much you clean it. but if it makes you feel better...try using "nail polish remover" or some some sort of "All purpose cleaner" used to clean around the house. if that doesnt work, then maybe you should put a "Sleeve" on it. its a piece of cloth that you put on it while using it for practice...you can purchase it at your local baseball store.

Pete Rose used to use rubbing alcohol on his bat after every game so that he had a clean bat and he could see where he was making contact with the ball in his next game.  That was with a wood bat though, so I don't know if it would work with metal.  It's worth a shot though.  Maybe try it on an older bat you don't care about so if it strips or something you don't ruin your new one.
