Okay if two guys were to have unproteceted anl s*x (twice. the two guys were in the same position both times) and they were totally clean before the intercourse. Coul they have HIV/AIDS??

now answer this. what if they were cousins?

no, do you even understand the basic concept of disease?

To put it simply you can't give someone a cold if you don't have it either and vice verse.  HIV IS THAT SIMPLE, HIV has nothing to do with g**s or incest, only one person who already has the disease passing it on to someone else through s*x.

I happen to be a physican and I can tell you with medical certainty that since they are cousins, it is physically impossible for them to get AIDS/HIV.

The cousin gene NE146T9 acts as an anti-body. You have nothing to worry about.
