Please Give Me Fast Advice?

I was working on the lawn two days ago and tripped and fell. I landed on some brush that did a number on my hand. When I stopped all the bleeding I looked at the cuts and I could see bone. Well, I thought I could wrap gauze around my hand and it would be ago. Now, after two days, it has not gotten better. The pain is really bad. And just a few moments ago, I noticed that my veins (on my arm) are turning colors. My hand has a turned yellowish (with a little green-if that makes sense).

What do I need to do? My wife seems to think I need to go to the doctor-but I think it is just a phase and it will go away.

Sounds like infection, the change in the color of your veins is a sign the infection is in your blood stream.  It will just continue to make it's way up your arm.  Go to the Dr., this will only get worse if not.
