Dear Sir/Madam,I have purchased a Compaq presario but I seem to be having lots of trouble with it.It starts up with the start up screen,then after that all I,m getting is a black screen with:-ERROR LOADING OPERATING SYSTEM, I wrang up Curry,s and they advised me to switch on my computor and press F11 to set to the factory settings but this does not work.this is the second time this as happened.I am having to use my old computor to write this email.My new one is windows vista,could you please helpThank You Mrs B Allen
