Please HELP ME!!!!? quick?

Question

I have repeatedly tried to install the new Itunes 7.7.1. I get all the way to the end and just before it finishes downloading/installing it comes up with a box that says: Invalid Drive: E:\. After this Itunes does not finish installing.

What does this mean, and what can I do to fix it? This is preventing me from buying certain things on Itunes!
