  1. I fyour heart is beatint between 58 and 65 that means you are quite fit. Thats a good thing. It means your heart is under less stress. As fat people have hear rates of about 130bpm. Just because they are fat.

So dont worry about the heart thing.

I also have had problems with my heart, i used to be always aware of my herat beat. Id sometimes get a dull area feeling around it. And it would feel weak.

If you are a fitness freak then maybe you are over working it, But if not you have been worrying about it for two long and now you always think about your heart. If there was a problem with your heat. You would know about it by now. Technology is incredible these days, if your doctor says your fine, your fine :)

  2. Hi there,

A heart rate of 80 is still considered to be normal, but, if you are worried there are a few things you could try.

The ECG would have been fine if you felt fine at the time. An ECG just records for the 10 seconds that you are liying down all still and relaxed.

There are tests that can be done for longer periods of time such as 24hours continuous monitoring. Or if it isn't happening that often you could have a cardiac event recorder (sometimes refered to as a cardio memo or loop recorder). You can usually have one of these for about 2 weeks and you use it whenever you are aware of your heart beating very fast.

Let me know if you want more info on these.

  3. you have an anxiety disorder, thats my guess.

treat your anxiety and all the other symptoms will go way. i know from experience.

    all the best :)

  4. Your heart rate or pulse can move throughout the day, especially when you are moving around or are nervous about something.

When you are at rest or at night, your heart might slow down to

58 - 65 like you said, and that is completely normal.

Your doctor did an ECG and blood work, so you are probably more on the safe side.

Your highest heart rate of 80 is not that high at all and it would not do any damage to your heart.

Any heart rate of 115 or higher is worrisome and may indicate an infection/fever.

Continue to see your local doctor if you find you are starting to experience more symptoms.

Please, though, do not sit and take your pulse or feel your heart beat all day long, this will cause you to worry more and could mimic symptoms.

If something is really wrong, you will feel the symptoms rather if you are taking your pulse or not.

Enjoy life and try not to worry.

    Best of luck!

  5. at that time you were in love, now not.

don`t worry emotional. it happens in that age

  6. anxiety neurosis ,

  7. A commonly over-looked cause of a racing heart is Allergies.

When you body reacts to an allergy, it can be mild (headache, congestion, watery eyes).  However some folks react differently with stomach cramping (causing lack of appetite), and racing heart (causing lack of sleep and fatigue).  In most cases, this is caused by a food allergies, but can also be triggered by environmental causes.

You can test for this.  The next time you feel your heart is racing, take a good allergy drug (Zyrtec).  Then take a cold wet clothe and put it over you mouth and nose.  Breath through it for about 25 minutes.  If you feel better, then you've stopped an allergy reaction and know the cause of your issue.
