Please HELP!? red bumps on my legs?!?

so i think i have ingrown hairs on my legs but i'm not sure.

what causes them and how can i get rid of them?

Are they actual bumps or just dots? If they are bumps, they could be ingrown hairs like you said, or some sort of bug bites (chiggers leave lots of them), or grass rash. You could also have hives as a side effect of a medicine you took that you are allergic to. If they are not raised and they are just dots, they might be small hemorrhages caused by a virus (mono can do this) and may require a blood test to find out what it is and the level of seriousness. They could also be staph. Are they itchy? *edit* Staph causes razor burn, and the way to treat this is soap and water, and don't scratch. Bites can be treated with anti-itch and an antibiotic cream (neosporin), as can ingrown hairs and staph. If they are hives or hemorrhages you'll have to see a doctor.

its probably razor burn i have that too if i dont use shave gel or soap u might have some ingrown hairs but idk what to do about them hope i helped!!!!!!!!!!
