Hi,

The part i hate about myself most are my legs -

and not beeing stuck up but i don't perticularly mind my cleavave - i am not un-happy with it.

I really want to loose some weight round the thigh area but in diets you loose weight everywhere. and apparently the first place is your cleavage.

Is this true ?

And also does anyone have any great leg work outs that'll help me loose weight around my thighs ??

  2. tuck jumps on something squishy, eg: a foam mattress, on their own as well, wall sits (back against the wall, knees at a 90 degree angle) sit for 5 mins, squats, 2 legs together or 1 leg in front singles, something stretchy to pull against eg a bicycle tube put it around something sturdy, eg table leg/ pole can be used a few ways, from standing hook your foot in it, and leg lifts(front lifts and back and side, small movements) using tube as resistance, also can lay on tummy hook ankle thru and pull foot towards bottom, same again using the resistance

  3. Sorry if I am being rude but my advice is as follows:  

    Have children.  Then you will genuinely have something to moan about if you can't get round to shifting your baby weight.  

    Have a C -section, then you will appreciate your old figure even more, when your stomach muscles are weakened for a while and you have a lovely scar. (don't worry it's in your bikini line anyway but somehow I imagine some women might still moan about it)

    Have any surgery, especially amputation.  Then you will appreciate your limbs for what they really are / were.

    Be grateful for what you have.  No-one is perfect and if you are a healthy weight, and otherwise healthy, you have much to be grateful for.

    Finally, learn to spell.

  4. everyone has faults and luckly yours isnt to bad. i think that u start rdoing leg crunches and run a little everyday but your legs are one area where not alot can be done. u can also ask a gymnist for extra help

  5. Do squats and cardio. The first place is not cleavage. Anatomically, the shoulder is the last place fat gets stored and it is the first area where it disappears as well as the face. Fat goes of the stomach last. Do cardio  work to take off any body fat. Your cleavage will be fine. Squats, and heel lifts are the best leg exercises.
