I have about 150 pokemon cards that I want to sell. If I sell them on ebay for $135, will anybody buy them? How much willI actually get on ebay if they take a percent out. Or is there anywhere else where I can sell them. I have some rare holofoil ones that are worth a lot!

Thanks!

Whoever gives me a best answer, gets 10 points and 5 stars!

  1. Ebay has a listing fee based on your starting price and a final value fee which is a percentage of the final sales price...so no one can tell you exactly how much it will cost. Also, your listing fee increases if you add pictures, designs, etc...

Also, make sure you charge enough for postage and insurance.

To see what you might get for them, go to ebay as if you were shopping. Search other lots like you have. Put them in your "watching" list. When they sell, you will see how much they sold for.

  2. well...i would say that you would get about $20 for them ..maybe even less. pokemon cards arent as popular as they were a few years ago. also..lol if ur an adult than thats hilarious.

  3. i would look on ebay at the pokemon cards that are already for sale. and see what they are priced. if you have a lot of the holofoil ones the bid might be a little over $135

ughh. i just looked on ebay and there was 200 cards for sale for about $26

but i saw one with a sheet of 101 holographic ones for almost $1000

there was 60 hologhrapic cards for $400

it all just depends on how many of the holographic cards you have. as i said early, if most of them are the holographic you could possibly get mor than the $135

    i hope this helped(:

  4. ummm...

we know how the yahoo answers system works...

I suggest selling them all invidually, you will get much more for them, although you need to group some of the ones of lesser value because of the cost of the auction, you may believe that this is a dumb idea because of the cost of the individual auctions, but considering the higher selling prices and the fact that ebay will take a cut of the bulk cards, I believe selling individually is a better Idea.

good luck, and no more advertising of best answer!

    ;-)

  5. Sell Them....!!!Start at like $125 and she who bids any higher...

  6. I highly, highly doubt you'll get that much. It really depends on the cards. Pokemon cards are rapidly dropping in popularity, mainly because the market is being totally flooded with expansion sets (3 brand new sets a year? Come on!). If they're old (base set, fossil or jungle) they're worth even less thanks to Base Set 2, which re-released the first three sets.

Short answer: No. Not worth that much at all.

  7. prolly not

gl i have plentyy to sell (:

  8. probably will not get that much money. pokemon isnt worth much anymore- i would try to sell them on craigslist. Its free and so if no one buys them you are not wasting money.

  9. The ones that you never touch and are in limited addition. People go bunkers for those ones. Throw in two of those bad boys. lol. Sorry haven't really played that. To be honest with you I think pokemon is over the top.

  10. what i think you should do is find some thrift store or a place like that (a trading card store) and sell them all for a hefty price. but idk much about pokemon cards...

ebay would work too or post adds around your town/ in the newspaper for a kid who might want to buy them...

    GOOD LUCK

  11. Ummm, yeah! You can sell your cards on ebay. I am sure that someone will buy them. There are alot of pokemon card fans out there! Good luck!

  12. Well, it all depends on what cards you are selling. The rarer the card, the higher up the price will be. Think about hat for a while. How many rare and common cards do you have? Estimate a reasonable price, add it all up, and wah-lah.

  13. it depends if there rare or not

  14. I heard poke order.com or cardhaus.com are looking to buy any sorts of trading cards I am thinking of selling my collection of team rocket pokemon cards that I had when I was a kid. I believe I have 1000 dollars worth.

  15. pokemon collectibles are slowly coming back

go for it, sell them for what you think theyre worth and good luck =]

  16. i don't know much about e-bay but you can always try it! never know it might sell ! if not , maybe a buy, sell or trade store will buy them !

  17. ummmmmm...not sure..not many ppl like pokemon but then agan i know nothing about pokemon..sorry!!

  18. yes i think they would buy it because it's less than $1 per card.

for details, you could say that they are original and rare.

  19. rare if rare the price is okay if not rare like about $50 okay

  20. You can sell them on Ebay. Someone out there will buy them. Ebay will keep a very small percentage off of your sale...haven't sold anything in a while, so I can't remember exactly, but I think it's 2-4%. And I believe it varies depending on your listing price (the price you start the bidding at). You could also sell them to a gaming shop, but you won't get nearly as much for them.

  21. Trust me, somebody will pay a lot for those. There's big money in obsession.

  22. It depends on how old they are and if they are in good condition. If they are pretty old, like when pokemon was brand new, mabye try holding on to them longer, they might be worth more in 5-10years. There are better places to sell your cards that could give you more buck for your bang, just research online.

  23. The problem with pokemon cards were that they were made in such a mass product, so very few cards are in fact rare. I highly doubt you will find someone who will pay $135, though I don't know how rare your cards in fact are. Anywhere from $20-40 seems more semi realistic, though I hope you get $135 for them!

You could try selling them on craigslist to someone who lives near you so you don't have to deal with postage. You could also try selling them or trading them for something else at a local comic book or card store. Good luck!

  24. go to a local card shop or such as andtry to sell the m there

the collectibles should be sold seperately, and lower the price to maybe 110 or something because that is expensive

i sold mine a few years ago to a card dealer. Ebay is to reimburse you with some of the money that you spent so you cant make them too expensive. Maybe you could try going to a pokemon tornament and seeing if anyone is interested in buying from you....

    GOOD LUCK

WHAT IS THE LINK TO WHERE YOU ARE SELLING THEM????????????????????????????????????... IS THE LINK TO WHERE YOU ARE SELLING THEM????????????????????????????????????... IS THE LINK TO WHERE YOU ARE SELLING THEM????????????????????????????????????... IS THE LINK TO WHERE YOU ARE SELLING THEM????????????????????????????????????... IS THE LINK TO WHERE YOU ARE SELLING THEM????????????????????????????????????

i am sorry but i dont collect them anymore=[

  25. You could sell it on ebay and i wrote you a poem:

When I look into your eye’s I am left breathless.

For I see a prism of life.

I see in your eye’s the past.

    The lost years of joy.

    Days yearning to relive.

I see in your eye’s the present.

The comfort you give to me.

The feeling of bliss that washes over me when I look upon you.

I see in your eye’s the future.

The hope of happier days to come.

Knowing a life’s search is fulfilled.

When I look into your eye’s I am left breathless.

For never have I seen anything as beautiful as you.

Email back if you like it

  26. Take them to a local trading card dealer, he will give you money for valuable ones. Then sell the rest on ebay for whatever they will pay.

  27. No. Ebay is supposed to make things cheaper for the buyers. Not rip people off.

They're freakin pokemon cards. No one uses them anymore.

  28. Keep dreaming. A few rares might earn you $25... not much else.
