Please Help!!? Auto or health insurance?

Question

Does my health insurance have to pay the balance of my hospital bill resulting from an auto accident? My PIP paid 2389.46...I have a balance of 1943.86 left. My attorney filed a claim for them to pay but still nothing yet. I live in Florida

Your PIP should have paid ALL of the Bill. If they did not, then your Personal Insurance will pick up and pay the Balance. Your Deductible should already be met and Co- Insurance usually gets the entire bill paid and sometimes you get money back. I have before.
