Please Help Bathroom Tile!!?

What it the white stuff that is in between the tiles in the bathroom? Im moving to a new apt and i want to reseal the tiles cause the white stuff looks old and is chipped out in a few places. Can u just buy the stuff and reapply it? Please help!!!

Grout is the stuff between the tiles.  You can actually replace the grout by picking it out.  Go to the tile section of Lowe's or Home Depot.  You can get it pre-mixed or dry that you add water to.  You'll also need a grout float to push it into the grout lines.

its called grout.  visit a home products store and ask what they have for refreshing the grout.  They will tell you how to prep the old stuff and add the new,  its not that hard.  But have you tried to get the landlord to do it in the new place?  they might have someone who can stop over and refresh it.  always ask about these kind of things before you sign your lease, as the landlord is much more likely to agree to cosmetic improvements before he has your signature on the lease.

its called grout ..you will need to buy a special tool to remove it ...you could try bleaching it to clean it ..the grout comes as a powder and is available every where
