Please Help!! Cuban song...?

Question

The resort I go to in Cuba (Sol Palmeras) have this great song they always play and for years I have wanted to find it.

Okay its a man singing, its kinda like a cuban macarana. At one point it goes "regarde la hora" or something like that and in the dance you point to your watch, and then another time it says something about being cold so you chiver and then last clue i think it says something like "la succa or cuca" over and over
