Please Help! How do I tone down spicyness????

I made a pineapple salsa and a guacamole for my book club tonite and they are way too spicy! My mouth was on fire, I only used a serrano for each but these are megahot!!!! Any ideas???? Can I salvage these or should I start over????

  1. For the guac, stir in some sour cream.  The proteins in dairy products have a special ability to calm spicyness.  


  2. Add some lemon juice and some sugar. Now give it a taste.

  3. Add more fruit.

    Add more avacado's.  

  4. just add more fruit and avocado and lime a touch of sugar
