for a photo:

-make a yahoo 360 here: http://360.yahoo.com/login.html?.done=ht...

-save the picture you want to use to your computer

-convert it to JPG if it isn't already

- go to your yahoo 360

- my page

- edit personal photos

-upload the photo

-click 'set as primary' on the one you want to use

- click 'save' to finish

now:

-go to your yahoo answers profile

-click edit my info

-then scroll down till you see the picture settings, click use my 360 photo

-click 'preview'

-click save

now you have your own picture

to create your avatar:

-go here to createyour avatar: http://avatars.yahoo.com/

- make your avatar

- save the changes

- go to your Yahoo! answers profile

-click 'edit my info'

-go down to the picture box... 'click use my yahoo! avatar'

-click preview

-click save

now you have an avatar :)

Go to this website www.photobucket.com and then creat a profile or something like that. Download your photo there and then copy and paste the address of the website here.So we can click and see the picture. It should take only 5 min
