Please Help! Know any mind calming techniques?

I am testing for my blackbelt in 2 hours. I am insanely stressed. What helps you calm your mind. Please Help!

  1. If you sit on the floor with your legs crossed close your eyes forget about everything and just relax it really calms you down I do it before my Judo gradings

  3. yo jsust relax and focus on ur test that is coming dont be scared if all these people are runnin around with black bnbelts u can do it too u feel me.

    form a triangle with ur hands or just conect them breath in and out and find ur center i coul;dnt do it then but just try breathin ur center will be there when u need it

  4. getting a black belt is easy now a days in the west because all most people care about is the colour of their belts so even if you do c**p you'll probably still pass.

  5. try some chamomile tea, and some serious meditation. deep breathing is always good.   Try some good relaxation techniques, like soothing music, what ever makes you feel better, or any natural sounds or calming Celtic sounds. You know you can do it, trust your instincts. I know you will do well

Sit in a nice comy sofa or couch.  Relax and sink into that couch.  Close your eyes and 'empty' your mind of all thought.  Breathe in through your nose and out your mouth.  Play no music, eliminate all external distractions (T.V., kids, wife, in-laws, etc.).  Hold no thought in your mind.  Zen-out.

  7. you should be confident in your skill, that confidence should calm you. you know you are ready and that you have done your homework getting to this point.
