Hi. i want to transfer pictures and music to my blackberry pearl. But when i got my phne it didnt come with a software or cord. So i bought a cord. And i need to noe this exact link and what the software is called to download it.

scroll to the bottom choose the version you want and download it u have to fill in some personal information to download it

Your provider website offer it.  For example, I am with Verizon, so I would go to their site and look up software downloads, and download the OS and Desktop manager.

Make sure you download the desktop manager with MEDIA manager. You can find it here:

Once you load the software and connect your BB, you will have a media option which loads the Roxio media manager and you can move pics/songs/etc between the PC and BB.
