Please Help Me Gain Weight.?

Okay well I know I have a fast metalbolism and whatever but I know that there has got to be some type of diet or some pills or medicine I can take to gain some weight.I would like a little more meat on my legs and thighs..;any suggestions???

  1. Eat like six meals a day with lots of snacks and chocolate

  3. Well to gain weight you have to eat in a Surplus, eat more calories than you burn in a day.

    First you need to Figure out your BMR, how many calories you burn in a day if you stay in bed and don't move you can find that out here http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calcul...

    Then you need to multiply that number by an activity number<you can see the activity chart here >http://www.bmi-calculator.netbmr-calcula...

    So if you do burn around 2000 calories a day then you need to eat more than that to gain weight, now if you want the weight gained to be mostly muscle then you need to do a Strength Training routine.

    Regardless, 1 pound = 3500 calories, so if you eat 500 calories more than you need everyday for a week you will gain roughly 1 pound.

    Foods that are higher in calories are anything that has a lot of fat in it

    Salmon

    Nuts

    Peanut Butter

    Hummus

    Protein Powder

    Leaner Meats (but not fat free)

    Pasta

    Rice

  4. i know it sounds silly but you should work out, you need to build muscle because people like you eventually end up looking normal but have 30% more fat than you should. so yea, tone up, and as to gaining weight you could look at protein shakes, my brother took them to gain weight. just don't go crazy and eat whatever, you should still eat a balanced diet but you could probably increase your calorie intake a little more.

    there are also sites where you can write an actual diet professional, and you should check with them too.

  6. To main mass - you need to eat more and lift weights. I dont mean that you HAVE to join a gym. Start working out while putting lots of load on your major muscle groups.

    eat a lot of carbs and proteins.

    Calculate your calorie intake and increase it by a 1000 calories. you should see results soon.

  7. eat sugars, carbs, and fats. Then go to bed after you eat them

  8. Do squats for legs, maybe some weights. Get a protein supplement with lots of carbs and eat good foods with lots of meat

    The supplement im on at the moment is GNC Mass x*x

    and some of my freinds have used this and it seems to work quite well
