Please Help Me Get A Exercise Bike

Question

How do you fix a normal bike into a exercise bike..

So that in the winter i can bring it in the house and pedal on it, but the bike wont move.... ? Because my mom won't let me get a exercise bike, and i'm trying to lose 30 pounds..

If you already have a bike you can buy a trainer. It allows you to set your bike up indoors for exercise. Here's a site with a selection of these, they are commonly available.
